Description

Lead testing efforts across the full software development lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects in Troy, MI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute integration, system, smoke, regression, and risk-based testing.
• Perform daily defect triage and review defects under aggressive schedules.
• Conduct non-functional testing, including performance, load, stress, and longevity tests.
• Communicate QA status for critical applications to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with distributed offshore testing teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and UFT for web application automation.
• Proficiency with JMeter and NeoLoad for performance testing.
• Experience using Soap UI for API testing.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation.
• Working knowledge of Unix environments.
• Deep understanding of QA practices and testing methodologies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
