Description

You will own quality assurance across web, API, and database platforms to ensure product integrity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, cases, scenarios, and scripts for application changes and new products.
• Execute manual regression testing and troubleshoot erroneous results to determine root causes.
• Define and track quality metrics, including defect densities and open defect counts.
• Act as a quality liaison between business and development teams to establish testing best practices.
• Provide post-release support regarding defect analysis, scalability, and workflow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software testing experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role.
• 2+ years of experience leading testing and reporting quality metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with complex Oracle database queries.
• Experience testing micro-services and Angular UI.
• Proficiency with Postman, SoapUI, or similar API testing tools.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for web-based and API-driven applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Scrum Agile development or Scaled Agile Framework.
