Description

Lead test framework development and establish automation best practices across multiple squads.

You will own the release pipeline for quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test frameworks for unit, integration, and functional testing.
• Design functional use cases by rapidly understanding complex application logic.
• Integrate testing into DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS cloud environments.
• Implement service virtualization to support performance testing requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams to drive quality through technical leadership and constructive debate.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle and test automation.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Core, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Java-based frameworks: JUnit, Mockito, Spring Test, and RestAssured.
• Proficiency in API design, including versioning, isolation, and microservices.
• Strong SQL skills, specifically with queries, grouping, and joins.
• Experience with AWS cloud computing environments and applications.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps tools: Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, Stash, and Docker.
• Experience managing relational and NoSQL database systems.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies like Kanban and Scrum.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Business-Driven Development.
