Description

You own the development, maintenance, and execution of automated tests for trading and financial systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated functional test scripts for trading workflows and financial transactions.
• Design and implement test plans, cases, and data to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Monitor system behavior by analyzing logs, SQL queries, and Kafka message streams.
• Automate tests for APIs, messaging queues, and database validation involving DB2 and Kafka.
• Optimize test automation frameworks and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation.
• Proven experience with Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and REST Assured.
• Strong scripting proficiency in Java or Python.
• Solid understanding of SQL, specifically for DB2 data validation.
• Hands-on experience testing Kafka messaging and event streams.
• Familiarity with trading systems, order management, or financial applications.
• Experience testing APIs and message queues.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
