Description

Act as a technical lead and client-facing consultant specializing in Cypress test automation. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Engineer automation frameworks from the ground up using Cypress.
• Partner with stakeholders to document current processes and identify solution requirements.
• Prepare high-level program charters and business requirements documents.
• Coordinate QA, UAT, and delivery efforts between business teams, developers, and QA engineers.
• Build client relationships to identify and generate future technical initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in QA or software engineering.
• Expertise in Cypress for test automation.
• Proven ability to build automation frameworks from scratch.
• Experience documenting business requirements and technical processes.
• Direct experience managing UAT and delivery coordination.
• Ability to work in a client-facing capacity to bridge business and technology needs.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
