Description

Drive software quality assurance within Agile and Waterfall environments. You own the test strategy, execution, and automation lifecycle alongside development and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and coordinate test strategies with development and product stakeholders.
• Design and implement comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated UI and functional tests.
• Maintain and enhance automated CI/CD flows.
• Review UAT results and troubleshoot issues in systems under test.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test.
• Strong expertise in Selenium for UI automation.
• Experience with Postman for API testing.
• Proven track record in UAT, manual testing, and acceptance testing.
• Experience with web application testing and Continuous Integration processes.
• Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (ADO, JIRA, RCLM).
• Knowledge of SQL databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C#, SpecFlow, and Azure DevOps.
• Automation testing of client-server and web applications.
