Responsibilities

• Lead complex software feature testing through the Agile lifecycle by implementing tests and metrics to ensure the definition of done is met.
• Mentor and coach engineers while leading design reviews to improve product quality.
• Gather, analyze, and translate software requirements into actionable testing and automation tasks.
• Strengthen the automated regression test suite to improve platform stability and deployment speed.
• Document and communicate testing progress and quality metrics to peers and management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years with a Master's degree.
• Advanced experience in software testing and development within Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps environments.
• Hands-on development experience in back-end object-oriented programming, preferably C#.
• Experience with QE tools including Selenium, LambdaTest, and cross-browser/cloud testing.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or Playwright.
• Experience with event processing mechanisms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with load testing using JMeter and BlazeMeter.
• Experience automating load, API, integration, and functional tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Contract Testing.
