Description

You will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Ranorex Studio for UI and functional testing of Encompass applications. You own the automation framework, ensuring it integrates into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test scripts for Business Rules, Custom Pages, and Plugins.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing to maintain product quality.
• Conduct code reviews for test automation scripts to improve code quality.
• Collaborate with developers on unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
• Track defects and contribute to test strategy and planning across releases.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an Automation Engineer.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Ranorex Studio.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in software testing methodologies including regression, functional, and integration testing.
• Ability to debug complex issues and solve problems analytically.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with developers and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration for test automation.
