Description

You will manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle and backend validation for software releases and upgrades.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and document test artifacts, including test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and QA/QC KPIs.
• Administer test and defect management tools, managing defect escalation and resolution.
• Develop automated scripts for in-sprint and backlog test suites.
• Support system testing, UAT, and end-to-end testing for software releases and I/O upgrades or patches.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to act as the Quality Assurance liaison.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL for backend validation.
• Proficiency in C#.
• Experience providing UAT support.
• Experience with deployment support and defect management.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
