Description

Lead quality assurance for complex enterprise and customer-facing applications. Own the testing strategy across web, mobile, and API layers.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing teams and manage quality processes using Agile methodologies.
• Design and implement automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API layers.
• Execute testing for web services, batch/extract file processing, and point-of-sale systems.
• Perform performance testing and monitor application architecture from front end to back end.
• Manage defects and project workflows within enterprise testing environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Software QA, including 2+ years in a Senior or Lead role.
• Extensive experience in native mobile application testing and API testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with automation tools including Selenium and Appium.
• Experience with BDD and build tools such as Cucumber and Gradle.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools like Xray or ALM and JIRA.
• Knowledge of source control using GitLab or Bitbucket.
• Experience with virtual environments such as VMWare and browser testing tools like BrowserStack.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016.
• Competency in API testing and SQL for data extraction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or BlazeMeter.
• Background in Point-of-Sale (POS) or Post Office services.
