Description

You will lead automation efforts and manage the defect lifecycle for complex web-based and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Page Object Model and Data Driven automation frameworks.
• Develop automation code using Selenium with Python or Java to test UI and database applications.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and AWS teams to execute tests through CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle from reporting through to closure.
• Mentor team members and provide testing estimations for both manual and automation tasks.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on automation testing experience for large, complex web-based projects.
• Proficiency in coding with Python or Java using OOP concepts to build reusable automation scripts.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, preferably including Selenium Grid 4.
• Strong experience testing web services and web applications using REST APIs and Postman.
• Proficiency in SQL for creating and modifying queries for backend and ETL testing.
• Working knowledge of AWS fundamentals and core concepts for test development.
• Experience running automation scripts through CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including JavaScript, HTML, and XML validation.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
