Description

You will manage the full software testing life cycle for complex systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, techniques, and QA methodologies.
• Write test plans, cases, and scenarios for verification and validation.
• Execute functional, compatibility, negative, unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Write, maintain, and review automation scripts to enhance coverage.
• Log, analyze, and track defects through retesting and regression cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer, QA Engineer, or Programmer.
• Proficiency with Selenium, SOAP UI, and JBOSS.
• Experience with WAS (WebSphere Application Server).
• Hands-on work with Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 databases.
• Strong knowledge of Java, VB Script, HTML, and C/C++.
• Experience with QTP, Quality Center, and PL/SQL.
• Proficiency with version control tools including Visual Source Safe and SVN.
• Experience with Jira and ALM.
• Ability to work within Windows and AIX environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tomcat and JBoss application servers.
