Description

Lead quality assurance efforts for retail domain projects while managing a team of at least 5 members. Own the testing lifecycle from requirement analysis to defect-free releases.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans.
• Develop and execute manual test cases for new features.
• Manage automation testing using Java, Selenium, and BDD Cucumber.
• Coordinate between onshore/offshore teams and support groups.
• Provide regular status reporting and interact directly with customers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in QA testing.
• Proven experience managing teams of 5 or more members.
• Expertise in Java and Selenium automation.
• Experience with BDD Cucumber automation frameworks.
• Strong manual testing skills.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience with API automation using Rest Assured.
• Experience in Mobile Automation for Android and iOS.
• Experience using CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Retail domain knowledge, specifically in online shopping, sales, or stores.
• Exposure to UiPath.
