Description

You will lead the QA team and oversee testing processes for E-commerce, Web, and Mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the QA team and establish quality standards, processes, and best practices.
• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for manual and automated testing.
• Design and develop scalable, reusable automated testing frameworks for Web, Mobile, and E-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with Development, Product Management, and UX/UI teams to ensure product quality and timely releases.
• Mentor QA engineers and conduct regular audits of testing processes to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in QA management roles.
• Expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or Appium.
• Extensive knowledge of E-commerce platforms and web technologies.
• Experience developing automated test frameworks for large-scale applications.
• Proficiency in test planning, design, and execution across multiple platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Strong ability to collaborate with Product Management, Development, and UX/UI teams.
