Description

Lead quality assurance for complex enterprise and customer-facing applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of testers using Agile methodologies.
• Design and implement automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API layers.
• Oversee quality improvement processes and testing methodologies.
• Execute testing for web services, batch processing, and point-of-sale systems.
• Manage defect reporting and project tracking within established workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Software QA, including 2+ years in a Senior or Lead role.
• Proficiency with Selenium for web automation and Appium for mobile automation.
• Experience with Cucumber and Gradle build tools.
• Knowledge of Test Management tools (Xray, ALM) and JIRA.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab and Bitbucket source control.
• Technical proficiency in Windows OS (10, Server 2016) and command line.
• Experience using Virtual Environments such as VMWare.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Programming or scripting skills, including basic SQL for data extraction.
• Software Testing or Quality related certifications.
