Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts by designing test strategies and driving automation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing using Python.
• Work with developers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure software meets business requirements.
• Improve testing processes and methodologies while providing feedback to development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Cucumber automation frameworks.
• Experience with API testing using Postman.
• Experience conducting performance testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile software development methodologies.
