Description

Lead testing efforts for Salesforce-based applications and manage complex quality assurance projects.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed test plans and test cases for new and existing features.
• Define testing approaches, schedules, and test exit criteria.
• Drive complex testing projects independently from start to finish.
• Manage end-to-end testing lifecycles for SFDC environments.
• Execute manual and automated testing using Selenium and Java.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in software application testing.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Test Lead.
• 3-5 years of experience in SFDC testing.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Manual Testing.
• Experience with Selenium and Java.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries.
• Experience using Jira for defect tracking.
• Proficiency working in Linux/Unix environments.
