Description

Lead QA strategy, planning, and oversight for programs involving Oracle, SAP, and Maximo workstreams. Manage a team of test analysts by prioritizing work and providing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Guide objectives and manage phase containment across Unit, Functional, Systems Integration, Regression, UAT, E2E, and Data testing.
• Collaborate with scrum teams, architecture, and program leadership to ensure quality deliverables.
• Identify automation opportunities for test cases to integrate into the continuous delivery pipeline.
• Develop testing strategies for all integrated systems impacted by implementation.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in QA leadership and test management across multiple testing phases.
• Direct experience with SAP Testing or ERP Testing.
• In-depth knowledge of the SDLC and various software testing methodologies.
• Experience with both Agile Scrum and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
• Experience managing distributed external resources and vendor teams (onshore and offshore).
• Proficiency with JIRA, SharePoint, or test suites such as Client Quality Center, Zephyr, or Selenium.
• Working knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, including SQL, Java, JavaScript, Unix, or XML.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical personnel at all levels.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the utility industry.
