Description
Lead the QA team and oversee end-to-end testing for e-commerce, web, and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QA team, establishing quality standards and best practices.
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for manual and automated testing.
- Drive the design and development of scalable, reusable automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with Development, Product Management, and UX/UI teams to ensure timely releases.
- Mentor and coach QA engineers to improve technical capabilities.
Required Skills
- 13+ years of experience in QA management roles.
- Extensive experience in the Retail and E-commerce domains.
- Strong expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Appium.
- Proven track record in Web and Mobile application testing.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks for large-scale applications.
- Proficiency in test planning, test case design, and test execution.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
