Description

Lead the QA team and oversee end-to-end testing for e-commerce, web, and mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team, establishing quality standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for manual and automated testing.
• Drive the design and development of scalable, reusable automated testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with Development, Product Management, and UX/UI teams to ensure timely releases.
• Mentor and coach QA engineers to improve technical capabilities.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in QA management roles.
• Extensive experience in the Retail and E-commerce domains.
• Strong expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Appium.
• Proven track record in Web and Mobile application testing.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks for large-scale applications.
• Proficiency in test planning, test case design, and test execution.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
