Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts for software products, ensuring rigorous testing across the full SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and procedures aligned with acceptance criteria.
• Execute manual and automated testing, including API and database validation using SQL.
• Collaborate with offshore QA teams and internal stakeholders to support Agile sprint activities.
• Produce detailed reports on test execution, defect rates, and quality metrics using bug tracking tools.
• Continuously improve QA processes, best practices, and team efficiency.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of software QA testing experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and requirements-based testing.
• Proficiency in both manual and automated QA methods and processes.
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for database testing.
• Experience with API testing.
• Ability to plan and manage phased testing across functional and non-functional requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Healthcare industry background.
