Description

You develop, test, and implement customer communication workflows using the Quadient Inspire Platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement APIs adhering to architectural frameworks and guidelines to ensure security and scalability.
• Resolve internal and external inquiries regarding input/output needs, intended usage, and strategic planning.
• Align solutions with internal checks, controls, and quality assurance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Shell Scripting, and Java.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API protocols.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control using GitHub.
• Hands-on experience with the Quadient Inspire Platform (Designer, Scalar, Content Manager, Automation, Interactive, Approve Workflow).
• Experience with Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with customer communication workflow design and implementation.
