Description

You will lead accessibility testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure digital products meet enterprise conformance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA testers and provide technical direction during agile projects.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 level AA standards.
• Apply best practices to provide actionable solutions for testers and development teams.
• Perform manual and automated testing across various devices, browsers, and operating systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst with deep knowledge of QA methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within agile environments.
• In-depth knowledge of ADA tools and standards including WAVE, axe, and ANDI.
• Hands-on experience with assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, and TalkBack.
• Proficiency with test management tools like Jira or GitLab.
• Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) or Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification.
