Description

Lead quality assurance efforts with a focus on accessibility compliance and digital product conformance.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA testers and provide technical direction to development teams.
• Apply best practices to deliver testing solutions for engineers and testers.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within agile projects to ensure adherence to WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 level AA standards.
• Perform manual and automated testing across multiple devices, browsers, and operating systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of ADA tools and standards including WAVE, JAWS, axe, and ANDI.
• Proficiency with assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, and TalkBack.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools like Jira or GitLab.
• Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) certification.
• Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification.
