Description

You will lead test automation and quality assurance for web applications within an Agile framework.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks using Selenium.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and strategies for functional, integration, regression, and API testing.
• Define, monitor, and report QA metrics including defect density, test coverage, and execution progress.
• Collaborate with product owners and development teams to clarify requirements, assess risks, and validate results.
• Provide post-release support, including defect analysis, scalability validation, and workflow verification.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of significant Quality Assurance experience.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, and Postman.
• Proven ability to test web applications, covering UI, API, and backend validation.
• Experience with Functional, Integration, Regression, and Automation Testing.
• Active participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to trace requirements to test cases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining and enforcing quality assurance standards and best practices.
• Ability to solve complex software testing problems independently.
