Description

You own the test automation framework, execution strategies, and quality metrics for web applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks using Selenium.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, cases, and strategies for UI, API, and backend validation.
• Define and monitor QA metrics including defect density, test coverage, and execution progress.
• Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases, identifying risks and enforcing quality standards.
• Provide post-release support, including defect analysis, scalability validation, and workflow verification.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of significant Quality Assurance experience, including functional, integration, regression, and automation testing.
• Hands-on proficiency with Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, and Postman.
• Strong experience testing web applications, covering UI, API, and backend validation.
• Ability to solve complex software testing problems and define clear test objectives.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating directly with Product Owners and development teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Proven ability to communicate test results and quality status effectively to management.
