Description

You will provide QA consultancy to support business process improvement by ensuring applications meet documented requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish quality assurance standards, measures, and test plans for IT services.
• Create and execute test cases and scripts to determine if manual or automated testing is required.
• Identify, document, track, and report software defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and end-users to verify and validate testing results.
• Simulate and execute integrated and isolated tests using CRUD operations on large volumes of raw data.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total experience, with at least 7 years as a QA Analyst.
• 2+ years of recent experience as a Senior QA Analyst testing workflow processing, business rules, and data quality.
• Expertise in Agile and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC/STLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and CRUD operations.
• Experience with functional test automation tools and automation test scripting.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Zephyr, or similar test management tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to prepare effort estimations and conduct functional, regression, and system performance testing.
• At least one professional certification: CSQP, CSQA, CASQ, ISTQB (CTFL, CTAL, or CTEP).
