Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts by designing automated tests and managing the overall quality planning strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and technical design documents to provide actionable feedback.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated tests.
• Identify, report, and verify resolutions for product deficiencies and issues.
• Track quality metrics, including defect densities and open defect counts, for senior management reporting.
• Collaborate with Product Development teams to ensure consistent project execution and process improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Proficiency in JAVA, HTML5, DB2, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Experience with automated testing tools and Test Driven Development strategies.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience with UI testing, web security technology, and software QA processes.
• Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a relevant field.
