Description

Own the quality assurance process for Finance & Accounting operations, driving continuous improvement through data analysis, audits, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform transnational quality audits and deep-dive RCA to identify defects and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct QA calibration, dip-checks, and client reviews to ensure process adherence and accuracy.
• Initiate Kaizen projects based on BQ/TNI analysis and seven QC tools to drive process performance.
• Mentor team members, conduct team huddles, and provide timely feedback on areas of improvement.
• Analyze large datasets using MS Excel to report on process metrics and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total experience with a minimum of 3 years as a QA in Finance & Accounting (F&A).
• Hands-on experience in Order-Cash, P2P, OTC, AR, AP, RTR, and General Ledger accounting.
• Proficiency in ERP tools including SAP, Oracle Finance, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong command of MS Excel (formulas, data analysis) and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean concepts with expertise in seven QC tools.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling payment issues, invoicing accuracy, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with helpdesk operations and general finance regulations.
