Description

Lead manual testing for healthcare software in an Agile Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze feature requirements to design and implement test strategies.
• Develop functional and non-functional test cases based on project needs.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and coordinate resolution with developers and product owners.
• Document and track defects using JIRA.
• Communicate daily and weekly project status directly to US and UK stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing, specifically with healthcare software.
• Deep understanding of healthcare domain concepts, regulatory requirements, and interoperability standards.
• Knowledge of healthcare data security and privacy concerns.
• Expertise in all phases of the QA process and defect lifecycle.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a testing team.
• Direct experience handling US and UK client communications.
• Proficiency with JIRA for defect tracking.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• BE in Computer Science, MCA, or a related graduate degree with relevant experience.
