Description

You will lead accessibility testing and audit activities for web and mobile applications to ensure conformance with WCAG and ADA standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead manual and automated accessibility testing using assistive technologies to evaluate conformance to WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 level AA.
• Create, document, and manage test plans, test cases, and scripts based on software requirements and design documents.
• Conduct functional, end-to-end, and regression testing to ensure application reliability and quality.
• Document, report, and prioritize critical ADA defects and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and clients to provide technical feedback and act as a subject matter expert for accessibility.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst with strong knowledge of QA methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within agile projects.
• Expertise in assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, and TalkBack.
• Proficiency with accessibility testing tools such as WAVE, axe, and ANDI.
• Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
• Experience with test management tools like Jira or GitLab.
• Proven ability to lead QA testers and provide technical solutions to development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) or Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification.
