Description

You will own the end-to-end verification of software programs to ensure they meet user requirements and internal guidelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and test new or modified software programs and development procedures.
• Write, revise, and verify quality standards and test procedures for program design.
• Review program documentation, diagrams, and flowcharts to ensure performance alignment with user requests.
• Analyze computer operating logs to identify processing errors and validate result accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies between establishment standards and user applications to suggest necessary modifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Extensive experience with functional manual testing, specifically using qTest.
• Strong ability to write, execute, and test complex SQL queries for ETL testing.
• Proficiency in manual API testing.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for test management and documentation.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile Scrum, Kanban, and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience automating test cases using Tosca, Selenium, QTP/UFT, or LeanFT.
• Background in performance testing.
• Industry experience in Healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or managed care.
