Description

You will lead testing efforts across the software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to production release.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute testing programs covering database impacts, software scenarios, and usability.
• Create, execute, and monitor automation test scripts in Java using the existing framework.
• Perform REST API testing for form workflows and execute SQL queries for database validation.
• Document, track, and report defects in JIRA, monitoring resolution and follow-up.
• Prepare Test Summary Reports detailing scope, execution, defects, and risks for every production release.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in JIRA for requirement details, test execution, and defect tracking.
• Hands-on experience with REST API testing.
• Ability to perform database testing using SQL queries.
• Experience with Java-based automation frameworks.
• Capability to perform integration testing with downstream consumers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
