Description

You will oversee quality processes across all phases of the software development life cycle. You own the testing strategy and execution for multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective testing strategies, test conditions, and test scripts.
• Lead estimation exercises for QA phases and participate in release planning and scheduling.
• Manage and maintain test environments and processes using automation tools.
• Identify project risks when quality assurance processes are not followed.
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure timely task completion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Sr. Quality Assurance Tester, QA Tester, Systems Analyst, or Software Engineer.
• Proficiency with Selenium and Load Runner.
• Experience using SQL for data validation.
• Hands-on expertise with HP Quality Center and Win Runner.
• Experience with automation tools including Itko, Lisa, Test Partner, Quick Test Pro, and QTP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Math, Engineering, or a Business-related field.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with varying instructions and requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coaching and mentoring junior QA staff.
• Strong background in release planning and scheduling.
