Description

You will oversee quality processes across multiple concurrent software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and estimate QA efforts for test plans.
• Develop testing strategies, conditions, and scripts.
• Lead QA estimation exercises and participate in release planning.
• Manage test environments using automation and manual tools.
• Mentor team members and identify quality-related project risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Proficiency with Load Runner.
• Strong manual testing experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience using Jira.
• Familiarity with legacy tools such as iTKO, Lisa, Test Partner, Win Runner, HP Quality Center, or QTP.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to travel and relocate to various locations throughout the United States as required.
