You will lead quality engineering efforts in an agile environment, focusing on automation architecture and test strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks using keyword-driven, data-driven, BDD, and Cucumber approaches.
• Develop automated testing strategies covering Web, API, and continuous testing.
• Update automation architecture and identify project risks with corresponding mitigation strategies.
• Guide Product Managers, Developers, and Partners through technical communications.
• Evangelize QE processes and integrate testing visibility into the entire squad.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering.
• Expert-level Python coding skills.
• Extensive experience with Python-based Robot Framework or Selenium Automation.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver across multiple application platforms.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web service automation.
• Experience with API automation and CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps.
• Background working on banking projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing successful automated testing strategies using a variety of tools.
