Description

Lead the design and development of responsive, scalable, and maintainable UI components for production web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Convert production mockups into polished HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript applications ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement design systems and UI patterns consistent across products and platforms.
• Optimize front-end performance by identifying bottlenecks and ensuring smooth interactions.
• Mentor junior engineers, champion front-end standards, and ensure code quality, accessibility, and usability.
• Conduct end-to-end testing, code reviews, and advocate for automated testing practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Proficiency in React or similar modern front-end frameworks.
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, including object-oriented JavaScript and client-side architecture.
• Experience with modern web development environments: NPM, Gulp, Webpack, and Docker.
• Strong expertise in responsive design principles, mobile-first development, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with SPA and MPA architectures and integrating with backend APIs (RESTful or GraphQL).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in building rich, interactive, and performance-optimized UI.
• Experience in education, healthcare, or business intelligence industries.
