Description

You will develop and maintain cloud-native web applications using JavaScript and TypeScript within a React environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality cloud-native web applications using JavaScript and TypeScript in React.
• Break down complex requirements into independent coding tasks and technical strategies.
• Create unit and integration tests to validate software and prevent regressions.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies including daily standups.
• Collaborate with Product and PM teams to ensure code meets functional and technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience in an Agile environment.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript and front-end frameworks such as React.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and OAUTH.
• Solid grasp of Computer Science fundamentals including OOAD, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Mastery of the full SDLC, including CI/CD, build processes, source control, and deployment tools.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TDD, BDD, and cloud-native distributed systems.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases including MySQL, Postgres, Mongo, or Redis.
