Description

You will lead front-end development and technical direction for scalable web solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of scalable, component-based architectures using React, Next.js, and Turbo Repo.
• Manage team productivity, prioritize daily development tasks, and mentor team members.
• Write clean, efficient code and perform regular code reviews to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to integrate frontend components.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and design patterns.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on React JS and Next.js.
• Expertise in the Turbo Repo framework for monorepo management.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience using AI tools including Shadcn, V0.dev, and Vercel.
• Strong command of version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to design and implement complex, scalable web architectures.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
