Description

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles within the Singapore and Malaysia regions.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage IT talent using job boards, LinkedIn, and social media to build candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment including screening, technical assessments, competency-based interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Manage stakeholder communications to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain recruitment databases to track KPIs and pipeline progress.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for the Singapore or Malaysia markets.
• Deep understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and industry trends.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and data privacy regulations.
• Any Graduate degree.
