Description

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles within the IT sector.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage IT talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to build candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and implement tailored recruitment strategies.
• Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and competency-based interviews.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment databases and report on hiring status, KPIs, and pipeline progress.

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders in Singapore, Malaysia, or similar regions.
• Deep understanding of IT roles, technical skill sets, and recruitment tools.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to provide market insights and salary benchmarking guidance.
