Description

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles within the Singapore and Malaysia regions.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage IT talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to build candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and execute tailored recruitment strategies.
• Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and competency-based interviews.
• Manage the end-to-end process including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
• Track recruitment KPIs and maintain databases to report on hiring status and pipeline progress.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for the Singapore or Malaysia markets.
• Deep understanding of IT roles, technical skill sets, and recruitment tools.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and data privacy regulations.
