Description

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles within the Singapore and Malaysia regions.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and execute tailored recruitment strategies. Source and engage IT talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to build candidate pipelines. Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and competency-based interviews. Track recruitment KPIs and maintain databases to report on hiring status and pipeline progress.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for the Singapore or Malaysia markets.
• Deep understanding of IT roles, technical skill sets, and recruitment tools.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and data privacy regulations.
