You will manage full-cycle recruitment for the Hyderabad office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to manage the talent pipeline.
• Leverage social media platforms for proactive sourcing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
• Expertise in social media sourcing strategies.
• Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
