Description

Lead automation initiatives using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform to streamline service delivery and infrastructure provisioning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Ansible playbooks to integrate with API services and ServiceNow.
• Create job templates triggered via API or ServiceNow to automate service delivery.
• Integrate Ansible with Azure resources to extend automation capabilities.
• Design workflows combining Ansible, Terraform, and ServiceNow for effective provisioning and state management.
• Configure Azure managed environments to use internal IPs to prevent external exposure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation and infrastructure roles.
• Deep expertise with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
• Proven experience building playbooks for API and ServiceNow integration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure resource automation.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Experience managing ServiceNow Service Catalog use cases.
• Ability to automate Azure networking including VNET creation, peering, NSG, UDR, and Private Endpoints.
• Experience automating Azure identity and access including AD groups and Role Assignments.
• Knowledge of automating Azure compute and storage including Webapps, Load Balancers, and Storage Accounts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience launching Terraform via Ansible workflows.
• Knowledge of Azure policy exemption functions.
