Description

You will manage and support large-scale Red Hat OpenShift environments, ensuring high availability and performance for containerized microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot Red Hat OpenShift Platform 4.x clusters and multi-node HA setups.
• Manage OpenShift Operator lifecycles, cluster configurations, APIs, services, and routes.
• Deploy containerized applications, manage image builds, and handle registries like Quay or Ceph.
• Develop technical documentation including HLD and LLD to support infrastructure operations.
• Perform monitoring, performance testing, and troubleshooting using Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch stacks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure and systems engineering.
• Expertise in Red Hat OpenShift 4.x and OpenShift Operator lifecycle management.
• Extensive experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and CoreOS.
• Proficiency with VMware technologies, specifically vCenter and vSphere.
• Hands-on experience with storage including Persistent Volume (PV) and PVC.
• Proficiency with logging and metrics stacks: Elasticsearch, Kibana, Filebeat, Kafka, Fluentd, and Prometheus.
• Knowledge of SDN, OCP network protocols, firewalls, load balancers, and HAProxy.
• Strong automation skills using Python, Ansible, and Bash/Shell.
• Practical experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools: Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and AAP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale containerized microservices architectures.
