Description

You will lead the configuration, implementation, and support of Red Hat OpenShift Platform 4.x environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage OpenShift Operator lifecycles and troubleshoot cluster-level issues.
• Deploy containerized applications and microservices architectures within OCP 4.x.
• Provision multi-node HA clusters, including performance testing and monitoring setup.
• Configure OpenShift APIs, services, routes, and cluster networking.
• Develop technical documentation, including HLD and LLD, to support the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift Platform 4.x.
• Extensive experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and CoreOS.
• Deep knowledge of Docker containers, images, and registries such as Quay or Ceph.
• Proficiency with VMware technologies including vCenter and vSphere.
• Experience managing storage via Persistent Volumes (PV) and PVCs.
• Hands-on work with logging and metrics stacks: Elasticsearch, Kibana, Filebeat, Kafka, Fluentd, and Prometheus.
• Strong understanding of SDN, OCP network protocols, firewalls, and HAproxy.
• Automation expertise using Python, Ansible, and Bash/Shell.
• Experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools: Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and AAP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex technical issue resolution and analytical troubleshooting.
