Description

You will own the end-to-end release lifecycle, coordinating deployment activities across multiple portfolios and teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan release windows, cycles, and schedules for core services to align with vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop automation, release management tools, and scripts for continuous integration and software deployment.
• Produce deployment, implementation, and run book plans while conducting release readiness reviews.
• Manage risks, resolve challenges affecting release scope and quality, and coordinate deployment plan execution.
• Communicate release plans, changes, and technical details to business teams and interrelated process owners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in release management or related coordination roles.
• Proficiency with Git for understanding code merges and branch ramifications.
• Experience using Jira for project tracking and management.
• Hands-on knowledge of DevOps methodologies and release activities.
• Ability to manage complex release changes across dependent project streams.
• Experience in program or project management within a software development lifecycle.
• Ability to build software adoption reports using BI tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating enterprise release content based on OS updates and third-party applications.
