You will lead and optimize value flow through releases within a scaled agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize value flow using Scrum and Kanban to coordinate feature delivery, dependencies, and architecture.
• Facilitate PI Planning, System Demos, and Pre/Post-PI Planning meetings while supporting roadmap and feature development.
• Track and publish key metrics, dashboards, and PI objectives to ensure alignment with Vision, B.A.G., and OKRs.
• Escalate and track impediments, manage risks, and coordinate resources to maintain delivery alignment.
• Coach leaders and teams in Lean-Agile and DevOps mindsets to improve continuous delivery and value stream flow.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE).
• 3+ years of experience as a Coach, Product Manager, or Scrum Master.
• 7+ years of Agile-related experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile Management tools.
• Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration; Master's degree preferred.
