Responsibilities

• Design and implement timely, accurate data reports and analysis.
• Maintain databases to ensure data availability and accuracy.
• Streamline existing reporting processes.
• Produce actionable reporting and statistical analysis.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of SQL programming and coding experience.
• 5+ years of working knowledge with Tableau.
• 5+ years of working knowledge with FACETS data.
• 6+ years of experience in reporting and analytics.
• 5+ years utilizing database software for data manipulation and report generation.
• Proficiency with PC Windows-based applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in managed care statistical analysis, trending, tracking, and reporting.
